Terms of ServiceService Level Agreement- PT Pedjoeang Digital Networks provide a guarantee of uptime services of 99.5% every month
- Uptime less than 99.5% gets 1% discount
- Uptime less than 99% gets 3% discount
- Uptime less than 90% gets a 5% discount
- Uptime less than 80% gets a 10% discount
- Uptime less than 70% gets 20% discount
- Uptime less than 60% gets a free extension of 1 month
Refund Policy
PT Pedjoeang Digital Networks does not provide a guarantee of refund after the service period of more than 7 days from the service is activated.
PT Pedjoeang Digital Networks does not provide a refund in any form when a violation of the use of services.
Privacy Policy
PT Pedjoeang Digital Networks will maintain customer data privacy, by not giving names, addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, and other privacy without the approval of the customer concerned first.Except if there is a request from the authorities who request customer account information for investigative purposes, legal proceedings, or violations of the ITE Law

- PT Pedjoeang Digital Networks has the right to provide customer information to the authorities if it is proven to have violated the applicable law in Indonesia
Fraud- PT Pedjoeang Digital Networks is not responsible for the services indicated to be used to commit fraud
- PT Pedjoeang Digital Networks There is no tolerance for those who use services to perform fraud (phishing sites, lottery, and other fraud methods)
- PT Pedjoeang Digital Networks has the right to take action to close services and delete customer service from PT Pedjoeang Digital Networks infrastructure if it is proven to take action that violates the law in Indonesia
Reasons for suspension and service closure
Customers agree with this policy:

Managed Services
PT Pedjoeang Digital Networks serves managed services on all VPS services, Dedicated Server as an ADD-On service separate from the product.With the limits as follows:
- PT Pedjoeang Digital Networks Conducting Managed Services according to Customer Requests with Limited Laws in force in Indonesia and Singapore
- PT Pedjoeang Digital Networks has the right to reject customer requests if it leads to misuse of services that violate the law in Indonesia and Singapore
In the Managed Services service, what customers get are:
- Get Full Support About Services or Requests that have been agreed upon with certain years of work
- Customers have the right to dismiss Managed Service and turn into Unmanaged services at any time
- PT Pedjoeang Digital Networks is released from all demands regarding content in customer service that is limited to privacy policy that PT Pedjoeang Digital Networks has no right to see the contents of customer content if there is no special request through the Abuse Handler team related to the trial process,Police, and authorized authority.
