Acceptable UsageTo avoid misunderstanding or everything that causes disputes in the future, PT Pedjoeang Digital Networks make an agreement first with the customer.Customers agree and agree and do not violate the agreement below:
Here are things that are prohibited in subscribing to hosting:
Shared Hosting, Cloud Hosting, and Reseller Hosting- It is prohibited to store pirated files (violating copyright/DMCA), pornography, gambling, and hard drugs such as drugs and others that violate the law in the jurisdiction of Indonesia and Singapore.
- It is forbidden to do negative things (spam, ddos, hacking, scam, etc.) and especially those who violate the laws in Indonesia and Singapore.
- Cloud hosting customers get SSH access and are prohibited from using it for tunneling
- Shared Hosting customers who use high resources for a long time (recommended to upgrade to Cloud Hosting or VPS Hosting/Cloud VPS)
- Reseller have obligation to make sure all of his customers doesn't violate any PT Pedjoeang Digital Networks rules
VPS Hosting and Cloud VPS- It is prohibited to store pirated files (violating copyright/DMCA), pornography, gambling, and hard drugs such as drugs and others that violate the law in the jurisdiction of Indonesia and Singapore.
- It is forbidden to do negative things (spam, ddos, hacking, scam, etc.) and especially those who violate the laws in Indonesia and Singapore.
- It is forbidden to use VPS for audio/video streaming that violates the law in Indonesia.
- It is expected that VPS users to maintain the reputation of the IP Address.
- The VPS cloud used for tunneling is to ask for cooperation not to use it for activities that are detrimental to others such as hacking, ddos, cracking and the like.
- VPS Package In addition to the Mikrotik CHR VPS package it is prohibited for tunneling.
The following is an explanation of the resources obtained by each of our services:
Shared Hosting, Cloud Hosting, and Reseller Hosting- Customers will get the CPanel Control Panel to manage the website.
- Customers can use all resources/menus on cpanel.
- Customers can ask for basic features/menus if the menu is on other hosting but not in our hosting.
- Customers who use unlimited packages can use resource storage as free as free but only limited to 250000 files/inodes the price difference in packages A and B is located in physical memory, IO limit, CPU limit.
VPS Hosting and Cloud VPS- Customers will get full control of VPS to manage VPS (reboot, VNC, Rebuild/Reinstall, Start VPS, Stop VPS)
- Customers can ask for certain features/access if possible (there should be but nothing, for example: VNC)
- Customers can upgrade / downgrade package at any time
- Please work not to use Regular VPS for VPN Server with commercial purposes (resold)
- For the use of VPN Server, you can order Mikrotik CHR packages that designed for VPN Tunneling
